Three Strands Treatment Progam is run by Helping Hands Outreach Center in its ongoing mission

to offer appropriate support for those who are struggling with alcohol and other substance use issues. 

We accept clients on Medical Assisted Treatment. 

We accept all New Hampshire Medicaid plans.

A sliding scale fee is also available based on need and income.   

Our contracted LADC Guy Torgersen is overseen by a seasoned Master Level Clinician.  Currently he leads a treatment Aftercare Group Wednesdays 6 to 7pm at 140 Central Street in Manchester.  When we have a sufficient number of clients, we run an Intensive Outpatient Program with 3 hour sessions meeting three times per week.  

We also offer assessments, individual and group counseling and LADC sessions for those who are 

working on getting their driver's license re-instated after having completed the Impaired Driver Course.
